Shipping Services

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding special order items and temporarily out-of-stock products. Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with the order, so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us with your order number, and we will assist you promptly.

All orders will be shipped via the carrier of our choice. If you wish to use a specific carrier, please contact us before placing an order, as this may incur additional charges. We offer the standard shipping option, with tracking available for most orders.

While we are happy to serve our U.S.-based customers, please note that they are responsible for any applicable customs fees, tariffs, duties, or taxes in their country. Our prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), so If you are purchasing from the USA, your payment will be converted to CAD at the exchange rate set by your payment provider.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders in Alberta exceeding the minimum purchase amount of $500 unless the order exceeds the maximum free shipping weight requirement (see "Special Shipping Conditions" listed below).

An extra shipping surcharge will be applied for the following:​

• special order items,

• orders shipping to remote, difficult to serve locations.
