Wholesale Discounts

We offer progressive discounts on bulk purchases, so the more you buy, the more you save. Our Tiered Pricing ensures you get the best value as your order volume increases.

Minimum Order Amount

As a foot care supply wholesaler, we require a minimum order of $100. This allows us to keep our prices competitive while ensuring top-quality service for our customers. See our Pricing Page for more information.

Free Shipping Policy

We’re happy to offer free shipping on all Alberta orders over $500, unless the shipment exceeds the maximum weight limit for free shipping. Check out our Shipping Page for more information.

USA Customers

We accept orders from the USA; however, please note that our prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you are purchasing from the USA, your payment will be converted to CAD at the exchange rate set by your bank or payment provider. We recommend checking with your bank for the most accurate conversion rate and any additional fees that may apply. Any applicable customs fees, tariffs, duties, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. 

Custom Logo Tools

Yes, we offer high-quality laser-engraved tools customized with your logo or design. Whether for branding, gifts, or promotions, our precision engraving ensures a durable, professional finish on a variety of tools tailored to your needs. For pricing check our Products Page.

Autoclaving Burs

Yes, foot care burs (and most reusable medical tools) require sterilization before first use to ensure they are free from any contaminants or bacteria introduced during manufacturing or packaging. Please refer to the instructions available on each product's web page for proper preparation and use.

Can I Reuse Single-Use Tools?

Single-use foot care tools can be autoclaved; however, they are made from lower-grade stainless steel compared to reusable, autoclavable instruments. As a result, their cutting edges may dull more quickly, and they are more prone to rusting with repeated sterilization. Additionally, these tools are not intended for multiple uses, and reusing them is discouraged by manufacturers.

Returns/Refunds

We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day return policy if you are not fully satisfied. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping costs. Return shipping must be prepaid and is non-refundable.

Please note:

  • clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • special order items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • all returns must be pre-authorized.

Cancellation Of Order

Order cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs which are non-refundable.

Claims And Warranties

Claims for shortages or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order. WholesaleFootCare does not provide direct product warranties; all warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and intended use. All shipping, handling, assessment, and repair costs are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Sale Items

Sale prices are valid only for the specified time period. For example, all sale items shown during January are active only for that month. Products purchased before the sale period cannot be returned for a price adjustment.
