Returns and Refunds

At Wholesale Foot Care, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our wholesale foot care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return process to make things hassle-free. Our goal is to provide high-quality foot care tools in bulk while maintaining excellent service. Whether you're a foot care clinic, a travel nurse, or a health products supplier, we are here to assist with any refund or exchange requests to ensure you receive the best value for your purchase. ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS

Any claims for shortages or breakage must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the goods. Wholesalefootcare.com does not provide direct warranties for products.  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange Contact Us.

  • Sale Items Returns/Refunds: sale prices are valid only for the specified time period. For example, items on sale during the month of June are available at the discounted price only for that month. Products purchased before the sale period cannot be returned for a price adjustment. Additionally, only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, and sale items are not refundable.

RETURNS

We are committed to the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy if you're not completely satisfied. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase; unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping costs, and freight charges must be prepaid and are non-refundable. Special order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Return Shipping: customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. If returning an item over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. REFUNDS PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: if you haven't received your refund, check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, as processing may take time Contact your bank, as some institutions have a delay in posting refunds.
